Tortilla Soup!

2 cans chicken broth
1 cup store bought salsa
1 small can diced green chiles
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 medium red onion, diced
1 lb cooked, shredded chicken or turkey
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (optional)

Place everything in large saucepan, and bring to boil. Simmer for 15 minutes on low.

Serve soup topped with diced avocado, shredded cheese and/or sour cream.
